Why I like Bob’s Red Mill Whey Protein Powder

Whey protein powder is an easy way to boost protein in the morning: Read Redesigning Breakfast.

Since reading the Consumer Report  article I have been buying only Bob’s Red Mill Whey Protein Powder . It carries 16 grams protein per 1/4 cup and the only added ingredient is soy lecithin, added  to prevent clumping, no colors or flavorings that might also carry unwanted and harmful additives.

To make a high protein, low calorie, high fiber breakfast mix Bob’s Red Mill Whey Protein Powder  with fruit ( frozen berries work well),  milk or yogurt  and blend until smooth .  If this is a morning breakfast routine you plan on using often I recommend you use a product that is all protein with few additives.
