What Should My Child Eat?

Do you know how many vegetables your child needs? What about milk or protein containing food? Most parents don’t so I created a year by year guide starting at age two, I call it  What Should My Child Eat?  The guide gives separate recommendations for both boys and girls. It will tell you how much fruit your four year old needs and how large a portions of dessert, referred to as discretionary  calories, should be.
