Arsenic in Rice- What is a Parent or Grandparent to do?

Two reports released in September, one from the government and one from Consumer Reports, found the arsenic content in rice to be high enough to cause health problems. This is particularly a concern for young children, as rice is a common first food for infants. How rice is cooked, and how often it is served might impact health.  I was asked by grandparents.com to provide some practical guidance on this issue.
