Did You Over Eat at a Super Bowl Party?

Almost everyone I know who has been successful with weight loss has a setback along the way. The truth is that overeating on one day will not undo all your efforts; the calories consumed yesterday do not even add enough to cause a true  one-pound weight gain. So stop beating yourself up and get back to eating well, you might even want to try a “fish day” to help get you restarted. Fish is incredibly lean, filling and delicious: the perfect antidote to a day of overeating.

Start by cooking the onions and pepper

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add mushrooms, cook until the vegetables are soft and the onions are yellow in color

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add the canned tomato 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cut up the fish, and set aside and measure out  the capers and olives if you are using them. Add  the fish to the hot sauce and cook 8 to 10 minutes until the fish is cooked.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Serve with cooked pasta.
