Friday Night Dinner

Published by at 1:04 am under For the Love of Food Diet,Recipe,Weight Control

Most Friday nights my husband, David makes dinner for me (what a lucky girl). He is a self taught cook and uses recipes for inspiration. Because he lives with me ( for over 25 years) he knows vegetables have got to “fill half the plate”. This Friday it was a Tuna Nicoise Salad. He roasted vegetables on the grill: tomatoes, potatoes, and green beans and served it over a bed of lettuce with capers and olives on the side. The dressing was made with mustard and cumin. It was a delicious FTLOF meal and I so appreciated it. His recipe is adapted from the one below
