Eat Cereal the FTLOF Way for Good Health

Cereal is a great food, and a good way to start the day but here is a tip to make it even better. Instead of filling the entire bowl with cereal, start by placing 1 cup of your favorite sliced fruit in first, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana,  and top the fruit with cereal instead of the other way around. You will still get the same bowl full of food, but you will have cut your calories and added a generous  serving of the  fruit  you need which you probably will not get if you just sprinkled it on top. For those of you with high blood pressure or high cholesterol you might even find this trick improves your health and these conditions.
