Baked Ziti with Vegetables

If you love pasta, but find you eat more than you should, try combining it with vegetables; portions will be larger and much more satisfying.

Both portions above contain 260 calories but the Baked Ziti with Vegetables on the left is in a 2 cup measuring cup.  The plain ziti with tomato sauce on the right  is in a 1 cup measuring cup, by adding vegetables you can double your portion size without adding calories.  Find the recipe for Baked Ziti under Entrees in the For the Love of Food recipe section.
